To become a volunteer or chaperone, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Volunteer Application: Visit volunteerapp.lausd.net. This application must be submitted each school year.

2. Submit TB Test Results: Provide a copy of your cleared TB test or TB risk assessment. These results are valid for 4-5 years. You can email your documentation to emily.feinberg@lausd.net.
